About Me

From a young age I had a love of animals, after school I worked in a veterinary surgery. Following on from this I set up my own canine hydrotherapy rehabilitation clinic in Northern Ireland and ran this with excellent results for nine years, however my personal life has brought me to England where I am embarking on this venture.

Last year I tore the Anterior Cruciate Ligament in my knee it was then that I turned cryotherapy for myself with dramatic results, my injury healing 50% quicker than average, since then I've spent a lot of time researching cryotherapy, it was during this research I found that cryotherapy could help in so many ways, not just with injuries but also general wellbeing and fitness training that I decided to embark on setting this clinic up so that cryotherapy could reach anyone and be affordable.

I was lucky enough to grow up in the country, riding horses from a young age competing at local shows, I still have a keen interest in horses although this is an expensive hobby and in recent years I have concentrated on my love of dogs, I thought this may be cheaper (I may have misjudged that!).

For the past 10 years I have been one of the top agility handlers in Ireland my dogs regularly competing at the Crufts invitational agility finals and I have represented N Ireland and Ireland over the past 8 years at the World Championships. My passion lies in keeping animals fit and injury free so I am excited to be able to bring cryotherapy to the canine and equine sporting world as well as our beloved companions.

I am so excited to launch the South West's first mobile localised cryotherapy clinics dedicated to horses and dogs and can't wait to help your animals get back on the road to peak performance.
